Do you use positive affirmations? Do you have any favorites? Below is a list I have compiled over the past few years that I have used either for my own personal growth or for friends/family in need. I have used positive affirmations for many situations in my life including manifesting selling my home to just helping to remedy a bad attitude, or affirm when I need to check myself about something. Often, we go all day being nice to everyone else, being patient with everyone else, or solving other peoples problems. Sometimes, we forget that we need to give ourselves a pat on the back (or a hug) and be patient, or acknowledge the good things about ourselves. I have found that positive affirmations helps to manifest these good behaviors/thoughts/ideas, and hits home with our subconscious when our ego keeps bringing up the negative.

I challenge you!!!
I challenge you to join me in a 21 Day Positive Affirmations Challenge. Select a few (5-10) affirmations from the list below, or create your own, and join me in using them daily to manifest good things in our lives. There are a couple rules:
1. Always make your affirmation be positive, without negative words or connotations. Example: Rather than say "I will not swear for 21 days", replace this with something like "I choose intelligent words to express myself". Don't use phrases with the words not, have not, will not, do not, etc.
2. It is normal for you to think negatively out of habit. When you notice this type of behavior, acknowledge it and immediately think something positive in it's place. Re-frame the thought with something positive instead.
3. Make a list of your affirmations and keep them on hand so that they are easily accessible. Say them, WITH INTENTION, either in the morning when you rise, when you prepare for bed at night, or both, and even during the day if you are able.
4. When you repeat them, try to think about how it would feel to actually have achieved the affirmation already, and FEEL into it. For example, if your affirmation is "I am independently wealthy"....think about how it would feel to be independently wealthy, and try to FEEL how you would feel if you were already there. (Relieved, secure, happy, excited, generous, etc). Our subconscious understands feelings more than words. In other words....our subconscious really does not speak our language, but rather the language of "feeling".
5. If you forget, no big deal....just try to get to it as soon as you remember. Try to do it at least once in a 24 hour period and really say them with intention.
Drop a comment below to share your favorite positive affirmation, or to share positive things that are manifesting in your life. The power of positive thinking and the power of intention are truly remarkable. Let's see what we can do to make some miracles happen in our lives over the next 21 days (thru June 2nd).
It's fun. It's not a chore....so let's have some fun with it.
LIKE, comment & share. Thanks so much!
